摘要

教学胜任力是教师履行教学工作所必须具备的基本能力，本文针对当前地方医学院校教师教学能力培养中存在的问题，在理论上系统地阐释了教师的教学胜任力的构成，即教师教学胜任力包括教学基本能力、教学评估能力、教学拓展能力三组能力，探讨了三者之间的关系；并从实践上结合地方医学院的特点就加强教师教学胜任力培养提出了建议

Abstract

Teaching competency is one of the basic skills for teachers to accomplish daily teaching routine. This article focused on current issues during teaching competency development in local medical school

interpreted three contents of teaching competency theory systematically

ie. basic teaching ability

teaching evaluation ability and teaching development ability

and discussed relationship among them

then provided suggestions based on reality and characteristics of local medical school.
