【】住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分

对于培训临床高层次医师

提高医疗质量极为重要。心脏超声作为超声医学专业中的一部分

有其自身专业特点。心脏超声诊断准确性有赖于临床多学科基础理论的积累、规范化操作技能的培训

尤其是心血管疾病的超声结构特点及血流动力学的正确分析。我们根据心脏超声专业特点

从理论知识、临床操作技能、临床思维能力、科研能力以及沟通和团队合作能力五个方面对住院医师进行全方位培训。在实践基础上

探讨建立适合我国心脏超声专业的住院医师规范化培训模式

Abstract

【】Resident standardization training is an major part of education after graduation for medical students

and is extremely important for high-level physician training and raising the quality of medical treatment. Echocardiography as part of ultrasonic medicine has its own characteristics. The accuracy of echocardiography diagnosis depends on the accumulation of clinicalSmultidisciplinary basic theories

standard training for operating skills

especially the characteristics of the ultrastructure of cardiovascular diseases

and correct analysis of hemodynamics. We trained the residents comprehensively according to the characteristics of echocardiography in terms of theoretical knowledge

clinical manipulative skills

clinical ability of thinking

scientific research ability and communication and team cooperation ability. Aimed to investigate and establish the model of practice and exploration of resident standardization training for echocardiography suitable for China based on the practice.
