摘要

[摘要] 目的探讨考核评价体系在病原生物学与免疫学实验教学中的应用及效果。方法本文以2013级临床本科专业1303名同学的平时成绩、操作考试成绩、理论考试成绩为研究对象，分别计算各项成绩的正态分布、难度指数、区分度指数和相关性系数，分析考核方式特点和各组分间相互关系。结果操作考试成绩和理论考试成绩呈现较好的正态分布，而平时成绩呈现一定的负偏态，考核体系难度指数均大于0.70，属于较容易的考核方式，其中平时考核成绩中高分组人数所占比高达62.09%，区分度较低，仅为0.10。考核体系中平时考核成绩、操作考试成绩和理论考试成绩间均呈现显著的正相关（r﹥0，p﹤0.01）。结论以平时考核成绩、操作成绩和理论成绩按3:3:4配比组成的考核模式较为合理，但其中表现出的一些问题需要改进

Abstract

[Abstract] Objective Discuss the application and effect of evaluation system in the experiment teaching of pathogenic biology and Immunology. Methods The study based on the peacetime

operating test and theory test resultof 1303 clinical medicine students of grade 2013

Calculate the normal distribution

difficulty index

distinction index and the correlation coefficient to analize the characters of the assessment model and the relationships among the compositions. Result The operation test and theoretical test show a good normal distribution

but the peacetime result show a certain negative skewness. It is a easy evaluation model that the difficulty index of the examination system is more than 0.70

In peacetime grade

the proportion of high scores accounted up to 62.09%

the distinction is only 0.10. In the evaluation system

there are significant positive correlations（r﹥0，p﹤0.01） in the peacetime

operation and the theoretical results. Conclusion The performance

operation and theoretical results according to the 3:3:4 ratio is reasonable

but some of the problems need to be improved.
