摘要

目的：通过了解护理实习生领导力现状

为护理教学提供参考。方法：采用领导力自评工具（Self Assessment Leadership Instrument，SALI），于2016年7月对进入临床实习的200名护生进行问卷调查，根据其学历分为本科和专科两组，比较两组护生领导力差别。结果：两组护生领导力的总得分为114.68±18.25，其中本科学历实习护生领导力得分高于专科护生（p<0.05）；在评判性思维、决策技巧、人际关系、团队精神和工作关系五个维度中，本科护生均与专科护生有差别（p<0.05）。结论：护理实习生领导力水平整体偏低。在护生教育过程中，应在学校学习时开展领导力课程，在临床实习中实践领导力，从而促进护士领导力提升，推动护理学科发展

Abstract

Objective: To explore the current situation of nursing students’ leadership

in order to improve the clinical leadership of nursing students and provide reference of nursing teaching. Methods:In July 2016

a questionnaire survey of nursing students including undergraduate and junior college students in our hospital was conducted by using the Self Assessment Leadership Instrument. Results: The total score of nursing students was 114.68±18.25

and the score of undergraduate students was higher than junior college students(p<0.05);In the dimensions of critical thinking、decision-making skill、interpersonal relationship、team spirit and working relationship

there were significant differences in the scores of undergraduate and junior college students with different levels of education(p<0.05). Conclusion: The level of leadership in nursing student is low. In the process of nursing students' education

we should carry out the leadership courses in the school and practice leadership in clinical ?clerkship

so that we can promote the improvement of nurses' leadership and strengthen the construction of nursing.
