摘要

目前我国儿科学本科课程仍以科学知识为基础，与国际医学教学理念和模式存在很大差距。2014年10月上海交通大学医学院和加拿大渥太华大学医学院成立了上海-渥太华医学院（简称“联合医学院”）。“联合医学院”通过扩充儿科学课程内容（包括知识/技能和职业素养）、增加“主动”教学方法、引入临床儿科医生进入学生管理队伍以及形成性评价方法的使用，实现了儿科学本科课程向基于胜任力培养为目标的转变，进而极大提高了教学质量

Abstract

Currently the undergraduate teaching in Pediatrics in China is still a science-based curriculum

which is not in line with other developed countries. The University of Ottawa and Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine co-established the Ottawa-Shanghai Joint School of Medicine (OSJSM) in October 2014. Innovation has been made in the curriculum content (both skills and professionalism were included)

teaching method

recruitment pediatrician for student management and evaluation while performing this competency-based curriculum system in OSJSM. Great improvement was achieved in the teaching quality.
