Since the enforcement of the regulations of degree in 1981 in China

a series of important documents continuously boosting the development of the medical degrees and postgraduate education

and promoting the degree-classified cultivation of clinical medicine postgraduate of our country

and transforming the clinical medical postgraduate educational pattern from academic-centered to practical-centered. In 2014

six departments including the Ministry of Education had jointly enforced “Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Clinical Medical Talents Cultivation with the Synergy of Medical and Education”

which made the clinical medicine education of professional degree received extensive attention and great chance of development

while the academic degree was facing rigorous challenges from recruitment

cultivation

career and so on. As a kind of important degree in cultivating professional staff in medical research

academic degree should be developed harmoniously with professional degree

and received equal attention. This article will analysis problem of clinical medical postgraduate of academic degree with the synergy of medical and education

and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
