[Abstract] Objective To survey the satisfaction of the postgraduates in professional degree with “The Joining Together of Double-Track” education model

to provide evidence and reference to establish a more scientific and more practical training system for our country’s postgraduate education. Methods According to various factors

such as the current situation of postgraduates in medical universities

the opinions of relevant experts to design questionnaire. Meanwhile

to enhance the reliability of the questionnaire and the survery

chose the postgraduates of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University first to do the presurvey

according to the feedback

part of the aspects was adjusted

thus formed a formal questionnaire

which was included the satisfaction with training of clinical practice ability

training of research ability

tutors

and etc. Finally

the Chinese New Youth Forum online released the questionnaires

select the postgraduates in professional degree who were participating in

or had participated in the completion of the standardized training as the participants

which took place between March 2016 and May 2016. The Excel 2007 software was used to establish a database

and SPSS 16.0 software was used for statistical analysis. The items were set as multiple-choices

and the percent of responses was used. Results According to the results of the survey: the aspects in the clinical resident standardized training that the postgraduates were more satisfied with were as follows: training time [42.8%(428/1000)]

training center [41.8%(418/1000)]

training of clinical practice ability [41.6%(416/1000)

tutors [40.2%(402/1000)]

economic income [38.8%(388/1000)]

department arrangements [38.4%(384/1000)]

training of research ability [37.5%(375/1000)]；the aspects that the postraduates thought acceptable were as follows: department arrangements [46.0%(460/1000)]

training of research ability [45.5%(455/1000)]

economic income [42.6%(426/1000)]

training of clinical practice ability [41.1%(411/1000)]

training base [39.8%(398/1000)]

tutors [39.7%(397/1000)]

training time [39.7%(397/1000)]. Furthermore

there was also a difference in the satisfaction of the postgraduates from different majors with the aspects of standardized training. Conclusion “The Joining Together of Double-Track” education model should be compatible with the training objectives of postgraduates in professional degree. Much more attention should be paid to the postgraduates

satisfactory with the clinical resident standardized training

as well as the requirements during the training period

improve the training quality in the aspects of economic income and training of research ability

to build up a more practical and scientific training mode for the postgraduates.
