摘要

以全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛为背景，针对目前急诊临床实践教学中存在的重理论、轻视实践和人文素质培养等薄弱环节进行分析，如何培养高质的急诊医师进行探讨；将临床技能培训与医师职业素质培养相结合，注重高级模拟演练，逐步过渡的临床实践，培养医学生临床思维能力、动手操作能力、团队协作及人文素养等，提高分析问题与解决问题能力，最终优化急诊临床实践教学质量，制定临床操作标准，推动临床教学改革发展与创新

and humanistic care，etc. the way to cultivate the emergency medicine talented persons，Application of Advanced Simulation Combined With Situational Teaching，transiting from simulation to clinic medicine，combining clinical skill training and physician occupational qualities teaching

focusing on cultivating medical students clinical thinking

operational capacity，team work ability and humanistic qualities

improving the ability of analyzing and solving the problems

and eventually optimizing medical emergency clinical practical teaching

formulating the clinical practice standards as well as promoting the reform and innovation of clinical teaching.
