摘要

【摘要】目的探讨八年制医学生全科医学理论授课的效果和方式。方法对两个年级共87名临床医学八年制学生于第四学年设置《全科医学概论》理论课，之后进行闭卷考试。课后分析考试成绩，并通过问卷调查全科医学概论课程的满意度、教学内容必要性以及对授课方法、考核方法的建议。结果两个年级学生《全科医学概论》的理论考试成绩分别为（80.92±7.26）、（83.76±5.75），差异有统计学意义（t=1.99，P=0.05）；学生对《全科医学概论》理论授课的总体满意度为40.2%（35/87）；对各节课的必要性评分波动在3.6~4.1（5分量表），其中“全科医学中的交流与沟通”（3.6）和“全科医师核心能力及诊疗技能的培养”（3.7）较低；学生对授课方式的意愿选择与授课内容有一定关系。结论在八年制临床医学专业学生中开设《全科医学概论》课程，需要从课程设置、教学方法、考试考核、师资培养等多层面进行探索与研究

Abstract

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect and method of the theory teaching of general practice course for eight-year program of clinical medical students. Methods Set up the course of General Medicine for 87 students from two grades in their fourth school year. All of them attended a closed-book examination when finished the lectures. Analyze the test scores and a questionnaire was surveyed. The satisfaction rates

necessity and the suggestion of teaching and assessment were collected from the questionnaire. Results The examination results of the two grade students were 80.92 ±7.26 and 83.76±5.75 respectively（t=1.99，P=0.05）; The satisfaction rate is 40.2%（35/87）; Necessity of the courses is between 3.6 to 4.1(5-point-Likert-scale).The way of teaching method students choose is different by course content. Conclusion The theory teaching of general practice course for eight-year program of clinical medical students needs more reform from curriculum designing
