Chi-square analysis and correlation analysis for the data of the recover valid questionnaires. Result (1) Personality traits of conscientiousness and agreeableness exist significant difference in gender (t=-7.39，P=0.00，t=-8.28，P=0.00)

extroversion

neuroticism and openness do not exist significant difference in gender; three dimensions of personality traits of extroversion and neuroticism

agreeableness do not exist significant difference in profession and the dimensions of openness and conscientiousness exist significant difference in profession (P=0.00，P=0.00). (2) Achievement motive level is significantly different in gender (P=0.002)

achievement motive level of men is higher than women; achievement motive is not significantly different between profession. (3) Personality traits of neuroticism dimension and achievement motive level is negative correlation (Correlation index=-1.24)

extraversion

openness exist positive correlation (Correlation index=1.51/1.53)

personality traits of conscientiousness and agreeableness is not obvious correlation. Conclusion The medical staff of personality traits and achievement motive exist correlation. More conscientiousness and agreeableness
