摘要

住院医师规范化培训是口腔医学生正式开展正畸临床诊疗工作前的重要学习阶段。目前，正畸科住院医师规范化培训制度存在教学模式单一、培训项目不完善、考核标准不明确等不足。南方医科大学口腔医院正畸科在细化培训内容、优化课程设计、实行导师制带教方式、理论学习和临床训练相结合、定期评估培训效果和量化考核指标等方面，对住院医师规培模式进行了初步探索，结果显示培训学员的接受度和满意度较高，有利于正畸临床综合能力的提升

Abstract

Standardized training of residents in the department of orthodontics is an important learning stage for stomatology students before carrying out clinical orthodontic diagnosis and treatment work. Current training model，study program and evaluation standard of orthodontic residency training system are not perfect. This article discussed the training contents

curriculum design

teaching model and evaluation system of resident standardized training in the department of orthodontics

in combination with the practical exploration of Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Southern Medical University（Guangdong Provincial Stomatological Hospital）. Results showed training residents' acceptance and satisfaction were high

and it was helpful to enhance comprehensive ability of orthodontics.
