摘要

【】针对当前医学生综合素质评价存在的问题

通过文献研究和征求专家意见等方法

全方位、多角度构建科学的医学生综合素质评价指标体系

采用层次分析法确定各评价指标权重

建立医学生综合素质模糊评价模型

并在此基础上对模糊评价的计算方法和评价结果的最大隶属度原则进行了改进

具体实例评价结果表明：该方法可操作性强、效果较好

能较全面、客观的反映医学生综合素质

对医学生的综合素质评价工作具有重要意义
