摘要

研究生、进修生、规培生、实习生，即“四生”，是医院和科室教学工作的主体。本文从学生的分类出发，强调教师精心准备，对不同类型的学员因材施教；注重多种教学形式相结合，如新技术新业务学习教学，病例讨论，多学科联合讨论，规范化教学查房等等；注意收集来自学员的反馈信息。这些实践工作有利于提高教学水平
