use questionnaire for 31 company executives from 12 health management-related enterprises where Hangzhou Normal University Health Management graduates. Results The employer believes that health management knowledge (45.2%) is the most needed in the knowledge structure of health management students.Most needs to be Improved skills are common disease management skills (25.8%) .The most need to improve the ability is the basic level of medical professional knowledge (67.7%) .Conclusion In the process of improving health management training programs
