摘要

不断提高临床实践教学质量，是医学教育领域重点任务之一。本文介绍同济大学附属同济医院儿科教研室，通过完成医学院《实践教学示范病区建设》项目，在完善项目建设计划、重视落实项目任务、提高教研室教学质量水平和人才队伍培养，以及通过项目建设为提高教研室教学质量的可持续发展条件等方面，均获得较为显著的成果。相关经验对于提高综合性医院儿科教学质量水平具有较大参考意义

Abstract

To improve the teaching quality of clinical practice is one of the key tasks of medical education. This paper reported the achievements and experiences of the Department of Pediatrics of Tongji University in complete the “construction of the demonstration ward in pediatric clinical practice teaching”

in the perfect project construction plan

pay attention to the implementation of project tasks

improve teaching level and quality of personnel training

and through the construction of the project

as the achievement and experience of improving the quality of teaching in sustainable development

for the field of pediatric medical education development and progress. Related experience has great reference significance for improving the quality of pediatric teaching in general hospitals.
