摘要

医学人文精神培养与实践是医学教育的重要组成部分。为了弥补现行医学教育中对人文精神培养和实践的不足，提高医学生综合素养，华中科技大学同济医学院第一临床学院率先开展亲友健康管理实践教学，对医学生人文教育方式进行了有益的探索。以“亲友”为特定实践对象，医学生通过在校期间电话、网络，寒暑假期间面对面沟通等途径建立亲友健康档案，对亲友相关健康问题进行全程管理，边学习边实践，使医学生在完善知识结构的同时，增进其与亲友的情感交流，提高医患沟通能力，建立人文关怀理念，培养医学生尊重生命的职业道德以及献身医学、奉献社会的责任感和使命感，为医学人文教育提供了新策略

The cultivation and practice of medical humanistic spirit is an important part of medical education. In order to compensate for the deficiencies of current medical education

Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology took the lead through the Relatives and Friends Health Management practice teaching on medical students’ humanistic education made a beneficial exploration. Take the relatives and friends as the specific practice objects

medical students communicatedwith them by telephone and network at school

andby face-to-face communicationduring the vacation to establish

manage and continuous trackinghealth records

The students couldpracticewhile learning

that made them to increase emotional exchanges

to sharpen the doctor-patient communication ability

to establish the concept of humanistic care

and to cultivate the respect of life

thesense of responsibility to medicine and society

besides to improve the knowledge structure. It provided a new strategy for humanistic training in medical education.
