摘要

临床教学是培养医学生由学生转变为合格医生的关键阶段，为了克服临床病例资源不足等客观难题，利用电子病案系统采集病例，初步构建了肾脏病真实病例库，以网络的形式呈现，并在八年制本科阶段见习教学中应用以辅助教学，同时以问卷调查的形式对病例库的应用进行反馈评价，发现病例库对学生临床学习很有帮助，有继续完善的必要性和良好的推广前景，为临床教学提供了新思路

Abstract

Clinical teaching is the critical stage for medical students turning to qualified doctor. In order to solve the problems of lack of typical cases

using the electrical records system

the true cases library of renal diseases was established in network platform and was implicated in the teaching of interns from eight-year program. It was evaluated partly by the feedback of the questionnaire to interns. It was concluded that the true cases library was helpful for medical students to practice clinically. It was necessary to improve the cases library continuously and the cases library was valuable to generalized. It provided a new idea for clinical teaching.
