[Abstract] Our university adopted the practice model which integrated the practical skills training with the modernized trainees training through the integration of education and industry

systematically trained undergraduate stomatology students on comprehensive literacy

clinical basic theory

clinical practice skills

technique of four or six-handed of international standardization etc. And coopered with the stomatology hospital to create internship employment integration model

so that students could achieve rapid access to clinical practice. Integration of education and industry realized zero distance between the integration of student practice and employment

aroused the students' enthusiasm for practice

fundamentally changed the status quo that students lack the operation opportunity and capability during the internship

and effectively improved the training quality of applied stomatological talents of our university.
