摘要

目的构建三级医院临床科室教育教学评价指标体系。方法根据德尔菲法原理，对三级医院从事教育教学工作的临床专家、教育处长、副处长、主管教育教学工作的副院长进行问卷调查，调查内容包括专家基本情况、各指标相对重要性、专家权威程度。应用SPSS16.0对调查问卷进行数据分析。结果 21名专家问卷有效回收率为90%，权威程度平均值为0.88，协调系数为0.348，对协调系数进行卡方检验P=0.000项一级指标经权威系数校正后（住院医师培训、研究生教育、本专科教育、继续医学教育、外院进修医师培养）的加权权重值（%）分别为22、22、22、19、15。结论参与研究的专家代表性好、积极性高、权威性好，所得到的指标体系经实际应用后，具有实际应用价值

[Abstract] Objective To construct the evaluation index system of medical education for clinical departments in grade-three hospitals. Methods Questionnaire were answered by the clinical experts
