摘要

北京大学医学部访问学者继续教育制度（中青年骨干研究班）是国内比较先进、全面的医学继续教育制度，其中的导师制指导是访问学者继续教育的良好方法，在此依据对于访问学者学习效果调查问卷，并结合其反馈结果分析探讨目前国内访问学者教育体系的优势与不足，同时，对我国访问学者继续教育制度现状及难点进行剖析，并就访学继续教育在国内的应用提出具体建议

Abstract：Visiting scholar at the Peking University Health Science Center continuing education system (Research program for young and middle-aged doctors) is an advanced and comprehensive medical continuing education system

the tutorial system is a good method to guide the visiting scholar of continuing education

on this basis for visiting scholars learning effect questionnaire

combined with the results of feedback analysis discusses the Domestic Visitor education system the advantages and disadvantages

at the same time
