摘要

高压氧医学属于应用性交叉学科，其教学内容包括基础医学、临床医学、物理学、心理学等的相关知识，治疗疾病范围涉及全身各个系统。本文根据多年实践，探讨如何在高压氧医学教学中采用综合立体的教学模式，应用启发式和体验式教学方法，注重理论讲授与临床实际相结合，加强实践操作过程。同时，用讨论式方法探究高压氧临床运用时所存在问题，通过查阅文献和动物实验了解高压氧医学研究前沿进展，以培养学员扎实的理论功底和基本分析和操作技能，提高其从事高压氧临床和科研工作的兴趣，为高压氧医学的发展积聚后备力量

Abstract

Hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) medicine is an applied interdiscipline concerning basic medicine

clinical medicine

physics and psychology. Indications of HBO treatment involve multiple systems of the body. Based on the practice of almost 30 years

we explored how to adopt heuristic and experiencing style to strengthen the combination of theory and clinical application fortifying practical operation in the teaching. Meanwhile

discussing obstacles in HBO treatment and learning frontiers and progress through literatures or animal experiments help students gain more knowledge and experience who may be willing to engage in clinical or research work on this field in the future. So our teaching would be effective in reserving talents for the improvement of HBO medicine.
