摘要

解剖结构和毗邻关系的理解是外科手术和临床思维培养的基础和关键。利用器官移植专业供体手术的特殊优势，针对住院医生和研究生，在器官获取和修整过程中向学员全方位、多角度的展示腹部脏器解剖特点和毗邻关系，是一种新的临床解剖教学方式。教学过程按照器官捐献、获取、修整的流程进行设计，主要教学内容包括腹壁解剖层次、腹部脏器毗邻、重要管道结构走行以及医学人文教育。器官获取和修整手术教学弥补了传统临床解剖教学在腹部脏器重要结构和特殊角度展示的不足，取得较好的教学效果，在中国公民逝世后器官捐献越来越普及和规范的背景下，这一教学方式值得进一步完善和推广

Abstract

Understanding of anatomical structures and their relationships is the basis and key of surgicand clinical thinking. In clinical teaching for residents and graduate students

we took the advantage of donor operations in organ transplantation and showed abdominal anal operations atomical features and relationships through different view angles and comprehensive ways. This new teaching approach was designed in accordance with processes of organ donation

procurement and back-table operation. The main contents included anatomy of abdominal wall layers

relationships among abdominal organs

locations and courses of important structure

as well as medical humanistic education. On the background of more acceptance and routinization of donation after cardiac death

anatomy demonstration in organ procurement and back-table operation can make up the limitation of traditional anatomy teaching

and may become a novel approach with better teaching performance

deserving further application and improvement.
