摘要

创新自我效能感是个体对于自己是否有能力完成创新活动的自信程度。创新自我效能感理论虽然发展时间较短，但是作为创新能力测量的重要指标已被各国学者所接受，创新自我效能感为创新人才的培养提供了一个全新的视角。创新自我效能感领域的研究尚属起步阶段，中外学者在测量工具、前因后效和发展各方面研究取得了一定的研究结果，但仍存在明显的差异与不足，研究结果并不丰富。未来研究将针对测量工具、影响因素和研究方向三个方面做系统研究，完善创新自我效能感理论

Abstract

Innovative self-efficacy is the degree of self-confidence in the individual's ability to perform innovative activities. Although the theory of innovation self-efficacy is shorter

but as an important indicator of innovation ability measurement has been accepted by scholars in various countries

innovative self-efficacy for the cultivation of innovative talents to provide a new perspective. The research of innovation self-efficacy is still the initial stage. Chinese and foreign scholars have made some research results in the field of measurement tools

previous effects and development. However

there are obvious differences and shortcomings

and the results are not abundant. The future research will focus on the measurement tools

influencing factors and research direction of three aspects of systematic research

improve the theory of innovation self-efficacy.
