摘要

在新的医疗环境下，医学生临床实习质量和紧张的医患关系之间的矛盾日益显著。本文从临床实践教学入手，通过建设临床教学资料数据库、改革教学手段、加强师资队伍的培训，培养学生的基本临床思维、基础专业理论和基本操作技能，以及完善临床教学的双向评价反馈机制等，使骨科临床教学质量得到了全面提高，是骨科的临床教学适应新形势下的医学临床教学要求的一种积极探索

Abstract

In the new medical environment

the contradiction between the quality of clinical practice and the relationship between doctors and patients is more and more obvious.The starting from the teaching practice

through the construction of clinical teaching database

reform teaching methods

strengthen the training of teachers

cultivating students' clinical thinking ability

professional theory and basic skills

and improve the two-way evaluation of clinical teaching feedback mechanism

so that the quality of clinical teaching of Department of orthopedics has been improved in an all-round way

is to adapt to a requirements of clinical teaching under the new situation and actively explore the clinical teaching in the Department of orthopedics.
