【】医教协同“5+3”模式是具有中国特色的标准化、规范化临床医学人才培养体系

临床见习是临床基本综合能力培养的重要环节

也是“5+3”人才培养教育教学改革的重点。见习教学阶段通过早见习、课程整合、PBL教学以及考核方式的改革和实践

注重培养学生的自主学习能力、临床基本技能以及临床思维能力

为新形势医学人才培养提供可参考的见习教学模式

Abstract

【】 The “5+3” clinical education mode under the background of preclinical teaching and clinical training integration is a standard talent training system for clinical medicine talents. Clinical novitiate is not only a significant part in the training of basic comprehensive ability of clinical medicine students

but also a key point of talent training teaching reform under the “5+3” training mode. The novitiate teaching combines the novitiate

curriculum integration

PBL teaching

reform and practice of evaluation mode and aims to develop the autonomous learning ability

basic clinical skills and thinking ability of the students

so as to provide a referable novitiate teaching mode for the training of medicine talented person under the new situation.
