摘要

医学生人文教育存在着师资队伍建设、课程设置、课时量安排等方面的问题，导致教学效果与期望值差距较大。通过医学生人文教育与临床实践结合，突显临床实践的作用，开展有效的教学改革，优化课程设置、师资队伍、教材选编、教学方法，建立健全相关保障制度，逐步完善医校对接制度、医学生人文素质考核制度和医院带教老师立体化评估机制，不断提升医学生人文素质培养水平

Abstract

There are many problems in the humanistic education of medical students

such as the construction of teaching staff

the curriculum and the arrangement of class hours

which lead to a great gap between teaching effect and expectation. Through the combination of humanistic education and clinical practice

highlights the role of clinical practice

carry out effective teaching reform

optimize the curriculum

teachers

teaching materials and teaching methods

establish and improve the relevant security system and medical system

medical school docking teachers stereoscopic evaluation mechanism of students' Humanistic evaluation system

Continuously improve the humanistic quality of medical students.
