摘要

【摘要】目的探讨基于SPOC的混合课程教学模式在预防医学教学中的应用效果。方法 2013级影像专业92名学生共2个班，一班47名学生为对照组，采用LBL教学法，二班45名学生为实验组，采用基于SPOC的混合课程教学模式。通过课程考试和调查问卷对教学效果进行评估分析。结果实验组学生总评成绩的平均成绩（80.69±7.663）高于对照组（71.96±8.795）（t=5.068

P=0.000），实验组学生在80～89、90～100分数段的人数分布好于对照组（Z=3.713

P=0.000）。调查问卷的结果显示实验组72. 6％的学生认可基于SPOC的混合课程教学模式。结论基于SPOC的混合课程教学模式可以提高学生的探索性思维能力和自主学习能力，提高教学效果

Abstract

[ Abstract ] Objective To explore the application effects of blending learning mode which is based on SPOC in preventive medicine teaching. Methods 92 students of 2013 grade

who major in medical imaging

were divided into two classes. 47students in the first class adopted LBL teaching method. Another class was experimental group

teaching the remained 45 students by blending learning mode which is based on SPOC method. Analyses and assessments were done by course examinations and questionnaires. Results The experimental groups are better than the control groups not only in the average score of synthetic scores（t=5.068

P=0.000）but also in the 80～89 and 90～100 number distribution (Z=3.713

P=0.000). 72.6％students of the experimental group accepts blending learning mode which is based on SPOC

which is revealed by the questionnaires. Conclusion: Ability about explorative thinking

independent learning and effect of teaching can be achieved by blending learning model which is based on SPOC.
