摘要

目的了解带教教师师资培训的效果，为改进住院医师规范化培训中带教教师的带教方法提供理论基础。方法对我院住院医师的临床带教教师进行了为期5天的师资培训，师资培训采取理论教学、小组讨论的方式进行。培训的主要内容有“日常查房带教”、“正确使用ORIME评估住院医师”、“三明治式反馈”、“一分钟导师教学法”、“SOAP法汇报病例”。培训前随机抽取100名住院医师，通过自行设计的问卷对住院医师进行调查，来评价带教教师的带教情况；培训结束后，对这100名住院医师再次进行问卷调查。所有数据通过SPSS 22.0进行统计分析，计量数据以（均数±标准差）表示，前后比较行配对设计t检验。结果住院医师认为，经过师资培训后，带教老师的带教水平有所提高（p<0.05）。其中“与学员讨论总体与分阶段的学习目标”、“通过提问等方式锻炼学员临床思维能力”、“要求学员汇报病例并给予指导和反馈” 这三个方面提高最显著，培训前分别为（3.28±0.92、3.31±1.12、3.55±0.85），而培训后依次分别为（3.98±0.85、4.19±0.85、4.11±0.74）。结论从住院医师的问卷前后对比发现，带教教师在接受住院医师师资培训后，其带教模式、带教技巧、带教方法等方面得到一定的提高

Abstract

Objective To understand the effect of teacher training

the aim is to provide theoretical basis for teachers' teaching methods in the standardization of clinical resident training. Method The teachers carried out five days of teacher training.Teacher training adopt the method of theory teaching and group discussion. the questionnaire survey was conducted among 100 residents again. All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 22.0. The measurement data were represented by (mean or + standard deviation)
