摘要

【摘要】目的调查医学生的音乐喜好与正性情绪、主观幸福感及生活满意度的关系。方法用自编音乐喜好问卷、正性负性情绪量表（PANAS）、幸福感指数量表（IWB）和大学生生活满意度评定量表（CSLSS）对571名大学生进行测试并进行统计分析。结果 ?①喜好欢快类音乐和平静类音乐的医学生，其正性情绪得分显著高于喜好忧伤类音乐的医学生；主动参与音乐活动的大学生在正性情绪上的得分显著高于被动接受音乐活动的医学生；②喜好欢快类音乐和平静类音乐的医学生，其主观幸福感指数得分显著高于喜好忧伤类音乐的医学生；③在音乐参与态度方面，主动参与音乐活动的大学生在生活满意度上的得分显著高于被动接受音乐活动的医学生。结论医学生的正性情绪、主观幸福感和生活满意度与其音乐喜好的关系密切。在心理健康教育过程中，重视对医学生音乐喜好的培养和引导，会对医学生的心理健康起到一定的积极影响

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the relationship of college students' music preferences

Positive and Negative Affect Scale (PANAS)

Index of Well-being Questionnaire (IWB) and Life Satisfaction Scales Applicable To College Students (CSLSS) to test 571 college students and analyze the data with SPSS 20.0. Results ①Be fond of lively music and calm music of medical students

the positive emotional preference significantly higher class sorrow music medical students;Active participation in music activities of college students in positive emotional score is significantly higher than the passive to accept music activities in medical students;? ② Likes lively music and calm music of medical students

the subjective well-being index score significantly higher than that of be fond of sadness class medical students of music; ③ In terms of music in attitude

active participation in music activities of college students on the life satisfaction score is significantly higher than passive accept music activities in medical students.ConclusionMedical students' positive emotions

subjective well-being and life satisfaction of music preference relations are very closely related.In the process of psychological health education

attaches great importance to the cultivation of medical students music preferences and guidance

to medical students' mental health played a positive effect.
