摘要

无论是口腔医学教育还是口腔医学考试，都应以岗位胜任力为导向。SP（标准化病人）作为一种重要的医学教育手段及考核方法，发挥着不可替代的作用。国家医学考试中心对SP在口腔医师临床能力评价中的应用进行了研究，对SP的使用现状、相关研究及评价内容等方面进行了探讨

Abstract

Both stomatology education and examination should be guided by post competency. As an important means of medical education and assessment method

SP ( Standardized Patients) plays an irreplaceable role. National Medical Examination Center study the application of SP to evaluate the post compentency of the dentist and discuss the relevant research of SP.
