摘要

随着肿瘤疾病发病率的升高，肿瘤疾病诊治工作的需求也越来越高，肿瘤学科由于本科阶段的课程安排以及本身的特殊性，造成肿瘤学知识的获取方式零散，诊疗流程亟待归纳系统化。长海医院肿瘤科通过分析和研究肿瘤科与内科教学目标的异同点，制定独具特色的教学培训规划，将普通内科医生进行肿瘤专业规范化培训纳入科室的重要工作，培训对象涉及非肿瘤专业内科医师、规培医师、轮转医师以及研究生，通过在实践中优化教学培训内容，采用多种形式，并对教学方法进行积极探索，取得了较好效果

Abstract

Accompanied by the increase of the incidence of cancer

more demands of diagnosis and treatment of cancer are needed. Due to the particularity of oncology

which is not included in undergraduate course

most of the physicians gain the oncology knowledge in a fragmented way.The process of diagnosis and treatment of cancer needs to be concluded and systematization. Through analyzing the similarities and differences in teaching between oncology and internal medicine

our oncology department has developed the unique teaching and training plans.We bring the oncology professional standardized training into our most important tasks. Non-tumor professional physicians

standardized training physicians

rotary physicians and graduates are all included in our training system.Through optimizing training contents

adopting various training forms and exploring the teaching methods

our training plans have achieved good effects.
