摘要

迫于国民对徒手心肺复苏急救技能需求的形势，制定科学可行的教育培训计划、普及公众的徒手心肺复苏急救技能、提升急救能力与水平尤为重要。研究阐述了在高校中开设徒手心肺复苏课程的意义及可行性，并以此为基础，在健全教学组织领导、教材开发、课程设置、师资队伍建设、师资培训、实验室建设等方面提出具体建议及对策；在保障机制上建议加强立法，在高校中推行急救员资质考试制度，使高校学生成为徒手心肺复苏急救技能的优先受教育群体，对加快提升公众普及率具有重要意义

Abstract

Under the situation of the national demand for cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills

it is very important to develop a scientific and feasible education and training program to popularize the skills of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

in order to improve the ability of first aid. This study illustrates the significance and feasibility of setting up cardiopulmonary resuscitation courses in Colleges .On this basis

specific suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve teaching organization

leadership

teaching material development

curriculum design

teaching staff construction

teacher training and laboratory construction. This study proposed to strengthen the legislation

and implementation of first aid qualification examination system in Colleges

making the students to be the CPR skills preferred educational groups.In order to improve the public popularity rate of CPR.
