生源结构多样化、质量参差不齐

调剂制度不完善。探讨了临床医学研究生培养目标。探索了临床医学研究生招生原则和复试方案

复试过程包括：复试资格确定、资格审查、体检、面试、笔试、临床技能考核等

并提出一些针对性建议
