摘要

【摘要】目的探讨基于微信的模块化教学模式在实习前综合实训中的实施效果。方法将单项护理操作和具有人文特质的实践素材整合于临床病例中

以“有代表性的患者”划分学习模块

并以微信为学习和交流的平台

构建模块化综合实训模式

实验班以此模式进行实训

而对照班按传统模式实训。实训结束后

使用综合技能评分表、评判性思维量表及学习模式调查问卷对两种模式进行评价。结果实验班在综合技能评分、评判性思维能力及对综合实训模式认可情况等方面得分均高于对照班

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信的模块化教学模式在综合实训中的实施

有利于提高护生的临床综合能力

有助于培养符合临床需求的高素质护理人才

Abstract

[Abstracts] Objective To explore the effect of the modular teaching mode based on WeChat in the practice of comprehensive training. Methods Integrating individual nursing skills and practical materials with humanistic qualities in clinical cases

to divide the learning module with the representative patients”

using the WeChat as the learning and exchange platform

building modular training model. The experimental group practiced training using this model

and the control group using the traditional mode. After the training

using the comprehensive skills scoring table

a critical-thinking scale and learning model questionnaire to evaluate the two models. Results The scores of the experimental group were significant higher than the control group in the comprehensive skills

the critical thinking ability and the recognition of the comprehensive training mode（P<0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of modular teaching mode based on WeChat is beneficial to improve the clinical comprehensive ability of nursing students

and help to cultivate high quality nurses who meet the needs of clinical practice.
