摘要

【摘要】目的通过PBL教学课后对学生的调查，探讨教师在儿科多学科整合型PBL教学中的作用。方法我院构建的多学科整合型PBL课在临床医学系（儿科方向）五年制部分示教教学中实施已二年有余。本文调查了26名刚刚完成医学基础教育，进入临床医学学习阶段的重庆医科大学儿科学院2012级临床医学系（儿科方向）五年制参加PBL教学课的见习医生，在2016.9.28至10.25期间每次PBL课结束后，通过重庆医科大学网络教学平台发放由复旦大学钱睿哲等老师推荐的学生对教师教学情况评价问卷表，学生无记名填写后，网上回收，共三次，进行计数资料汇总并计算百分比进行评价。结果问卷表发放77份，收回77份，回收率100%。在多学科整合型PBL课中对教师应该达到的各项要求上有94.8%-97.4%的学生给予了最高分。并在对教师PBL示教的意见及建议的调查中给予了很高评价。结论在儿科多学科整合型PBL教学中，只要PBL导师把握“授之以鱼，不如授之以渔”和“有教无类，因材施教”两个基本思想，发挥好黑暗中“灯塔”的作用，扮演好由示范到引导再到隐退的角色转变，为提高教学效果的多学科整合型PBL教学是可以成功实施

[Abstract] Objective Through the investigation of students after class PBL

this paper discusses the role of teachers in pediatric multidisciplinary integrated PBL education. Method The multidisciplinary integrated PBL course established by the Department of Pediatrics has been implemented for more than two years in the teaching of the five year program in the Department of clinical medicine (pediatric direction). In this paper

26 trainees who have completed the medical basic education and entered the clinical medical learning stage of the 2012 grade clinical medicine department (pediatric direction) five year system of the Department of Pediatrics Of Chongqing Medical University

have been enrolled in the PBL teaching class .The end of each PBL class in the 2016.9.28 to 10.25 period

through the Chongqing Medical University network teaching platform issued by Fudan University Qian Ruizhe teachers recommended students evaluation on teaching situation questionnaire
