In the process of resident standardization training

students have the problems of low motivation and insufficient independent decision-making ability. This study is the first to apply the concept of clinical teaching unit to the standardized training of resident physicians. In the clinical teaching unit

classified management and interactive learning were practiced，and give full play to the initiative of doctors at all levels (especially the low-seniority doctors)

and turn the superior physician from the direct clinical decision maker into the instructor. Preliminary results showed that this model could improve the trainers' independent clinical thinking and other abilities

and gradually help them complete the transition from medical students to physicians.
