摘要

目前我国儿科学本科课程仍以科学知识为基础，与国际医学教学理念和模式存在很大差距。2014年10月，上海交通大学医学院和加拿大渥太华大学医学院成立了上海-渥太华医学院（简称“联合医学院”）。“联合医学院”通过扩充儿科学课程内容（包括知识、技能和职业素养）、增加“主动”教学、引入临床儿科医生进入学生管理队伍以及应用形成性评价方法，实现了儿科学本科课程向基于胜任力培养为目标的转变，提高了教学质量

Abstract

Currently

the undergraduate teaching of pediatrics in China is still the science-based curriculum

having a big gap with international medical teaching idea and mode. Medical colleges of the University of Ottawa and Shanghai Jiao Tong University co-established the Ottawa-Shanghai Joint School of Medicine (OSJSM) in October 2014. By enriching the curriculum content (including theory

skill and pro-fessionalism)

adding active teaching

introducing clinical pediatricians to the students-management group

and applying formative evaluation method

the OSJSM started transforming to the competency-based cultiva-tion

improving the teaching quality.
