摘要

目的探讨针对第1、2年外科住院医师（postgraduate year 1&2 surgery residents，PGY1&2）进行客观结构化临床考试（objective structure clinical examination，OSCE）考后即刻口头反馈的可行性。方法37名考官分别对28名PGY1、38名PGY2进行考核。每次考核均设置6站，成绩采用百分制，每站时间为15分钟。考试评分结束后考官即刻进行1-2分钟的口头反馈。考后对住院医师及考官进行问卷调查，收集他们对考试及反馈的评价。结果不同轮次间考生的平均成绩无显著性差异。考官、考生均肯定了反馈的效果，考官认为反馈时间适当，并更倾向个性化反馈。结论 OSCE考后即刻口头反馈基本可行，对考核成绩影响有限，但需要进一步细化反馈方案，并追踪对住院医师临床胜任力的远期影响

Abstract

Objective To investigate the feasibility of immediate oral feedback after objective structure clinical examination(OSCE)for postgraduate year 1&2 surgery residents (PGY1&2). Methods 28 PGY1 and 38 PGY2 wereevaluated by 37 examiners.The examination was composed of 6 stations

and each station was evaluated by centesimal system score and limited in 15 minutes. Immediate oral feedback was given in the last 1-2 minutes. A questionnaire was given to each resident and examiner at the end of examination. ResultsThere was no significant difference in the average score between different rounds.The effectiveness of immediate oral feedback was confirmed by both the examiners and the residents.The length of feedback was appropriate and individual feedback was preferred by the examiners.
