摘要

目的研究实时反馈教学法在医师资格考试实践技能考官培训中的效果。方法实时反馈教学法的实施包括：（1）前期准备; （2）现场简单教学；（3）现场实施培训；（4）培训后效果反馈。本研究通过对63名考官分别在体格检查和实践操作的培训中实施实时反馈教学法，比较两次培训的培训效果。结果体格检查和实践操作组考官的评分正确率均得到了提高。结论实时反馈教学法在医师资格考试实践技能考官培训中取得了显著的培训效果，是一种可以推广的考官培训形式

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of the real-time feedback teaching method used in the training of examiners for National Medicine Qualification Examination. Methods: The implementation of real-time feedback teaching method includes: (1) preparation; (2) simple introduction of the method; (3) on-site training (4) evaluation of the training effect. 63 examiners were training in Physical Examination Evaluation and Practical Operation Evaluation in the implementation of real-time feedback teaching method

the training effects were compared. Results: Physical Examination and Practical Operation scoring correct rate of the examiners were both improved. Conclusion: Real-time Feedback Teaching method

which has achieved remarkable training effect

is worth popularizing.
