摘要

临床医生在其工作岗位中除了医治病患，还需要担当实习医生、规范化培训医生以及年轻住院医生的指导教师。在承担教学任务的过程中，良好的教学能力尤为重要。临床医学专业学生是临床医生的主要后备力量，因而有必要在大学本科阶段培养医学生的教学能力。同学互教作为提高医学生教学能力的重要方法之一，在国外医学院校应用较为普遍。该方法实施主体包括施教同学和受教同学，施教同学在授课前自主学习后，利用个人与小组教学、正式与非正式授课形式对受教同学进行教学，不仅提高了学生的自学能力，激发了学习热情，而且也培养了学生的团队合作能力，因而值得国内医学院校借鉴。本文将就该方法的具体内容及意义作一概述，以期促进其在医学院校中的应用及发展

Abstract

Apart from helping patients to treat their disease

clinicians also should act as a instructor of the interns

standardized training doctors and young residents. So it is particularly important to have good teaching ability. Clinical medicine students are the main reserve forces of clinicians

so it is necessary to train medical students' teaching ability at undergraduate level. As one of the important methods to improve the teaching ability of medical students

peer-teaching is widely used in foreign medical colleges. Peer-teaching involves the teacher and learner who are both medical students. After independent learning

the students served as teachers make full use of individual or group teaching and formal or informal teaching methods to teach the learners. Peer-teaching not only improves the students' self-learning ability

stimulates the enthusiasm of learning

but also cultivates the students' teamwork ability

so it is worthy of being a reference for domestic medical colleges. This article will give an overview of the concrete content and significance of this method to promote its application in medical colleges.
