摘要

[摘要]目的探讨医教协同背景下基层医院推广以问题为基础的教学模式（problem-based learning

简称PBL）的效果和可行性，并分析对医学生临床实践能力培养的影响。方法选择2017年该医院实习医生为研究对象，常规参加临床科室开展的教授式病例讨论的学生作为对照组，参加医院开展的PBL 模式病例讨论的学生作为试验组。两组学生采用同样的自行设计量表进行问卷调查，应用等级资料的秩和检验对两种教学方法的效果进行对比。结果量表分析结果显示，实习医生均认为无论在自我认知领域还是情感领域，PBL病例讨论法的效果均优于传统教授式病例讨论（P=0.00?0.05），两组之间的差异有统计学意义。结论 PBL教学法能使学生更好的理解病例讨论所学内容，获得更佳的教学效果。在现有环境下开展具有一定的可行性和现实意义，更适应目前医教协同的发展趋势

Abstract

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect and feasibility of problem-based learning teaching model in case discussion under primary hospital and infect to practical ability of medical students. Methods Medical trainees who were organized by science and teaching department with PBL model in case discussion were as observation group and traditional case discussion by clinical departments as control group. Questionnaire survey was filled and effects between two groups were compared. Results In the cognitive domain and affective domain

PBL teaching group scored higher compared with traditional teaching group (P=0.00?0.05). Conclusion In the present environment carrying out PBL teaching model has certain feasibility and practical significance in the primary hospital and is suitable for the development trend of medical college-hospital cooperation.
