【】 objective To explore the application and quality value of retraining and evaluation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in pre-job training for non-affiliated teaching hospital clinical interns .Materials and Methods A total of 136 clinical interns in Chongqing Qianjiang central hospital who came from Chongqing medical university
Jishou university
Hubei national university and Three Gorges medical college were included in this study from 2015.6 to 2017.6. T
he test score
pass rates and make-up pass rates after 3 months of pre-job training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation were compared between retraining and evaluation group (2016 session) and control group (2015 session). The correlation of retraining and evaluation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and test score of pre-job training and the quality value for pre-job training effectiveness were analyzed similarly. Results There were 65 clinical interns in 2015 session and 71 clinical interns in 2015 session. After 3 months training
the test score
pass rates and make-up pass rates were significantly higher in retraining and evaluation group than that in the control group
respectively(T=15.594

and may improve the quality of pre-job training for clinical interns. It could be used as an effective clinical teaching quality control strategy.
Factors influencing cardiopulmonary resuscitation competency among community medical staff in Beijing and countermeasures
Effect of deliberate practice combined with intensive training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching for nurses receiving standardized training
The application of MOOC combined with peer mutual assistance in cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching
Application of formative evaluation in the teaching of geriatric pharmacology
Application of a new type of simulated manikin based on the biomechanical characteristics of the simulated thoracic cavity in the teaching and training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation
