摘要

为进一步提高八年制医学生血液内科见习教学水平、完善测评与反馈机制，探讨PBL教学法及mini-CEX量表测评法在血液内科见习带教中运用的可行性。本研究将PBL教学法与传统见习带教进行对比，同时采用mini-CEX量表对学生的进行临床能力评估。结果显示：问诊技巧、临床诊断、治疗计划及人文关怀方面的测试，PBL教学组成绩要优于传统教学组。PBL与传统的教学方法相比，在血液内科见习带教中具有一定的优势，mini-CEX量表在见习生中的运用具有可操作性

Abstract

The study explored the feasibility of PBL teaching method and mini-CEX scale evaluation method in hematology probation teaching practice through comparing PBL teaching method to the traditional training and using mini-CEX scale on the students' clinical competence evaluation. The preformance of PBL teaching group is better than traditional teaching groug in the aspect of inquiry skill
