摘要

目的探索护理专业实训课中应用“导生制”教学模式的效果

培养护生自主学习能力

以提高护生的实践操作技能和教学质量

为今后临床护理质量提供有力保证。方法从构建导生选拔培养机制、导生带教教学模式、导生质量保障体系等具体方面入手实施“导生制”实训教学工作。采用问卷调查法和统计学分析对 “导生制”实训教学模式进行效果评价。结果导生的理论及技能成绩优于同年级护生(P＜0.05)

而且被带教护生成绩优于往届护生成绩(P＜0.05)；对接受导生带教的800名护生问卷调查显示大多数护生认为导生带教是非常有帮助。结论在护理专业中应用“导生制”实训教学模式是一种积极有效的教学策略

以后可在实践性强的职业教育中广泛、长期应用和完善

Abstract

Object Explore the application effects of Monitorial system in training course

aiming at foster autonomous learning ability

et al were implemented in practical teaching work.Questionnaire survey was applied to effectiveness evaluation.Results monitor’s Score was better than others in theory and skill and student nurse by monitor teaching better than previous（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Monitorial system applied to training teaching mode was an positive and effective teaching strategy.
