摘要

综合医院科技中心实验室探索应用PDCA循环对医学科研型研究生进行实验室生物安全培训，并对培训效果进行总结分析。中心实验室结合自身特点，将PDCA循环（Plan计划-Do执行-Check检查-Act处理）理论应用到研究生生物安全培训实践当中。将生物安全因素分析、培训计划实施、培训效果评价、问题反馈4个环节与PDCA循环管理的4个过程有机结合，针对实验室生物安全培训中存在的问题，应用PDCA循环模式，对研究生进行实验室生物安全培训并评估培训效果。通过PDCA循环的实验室生物安全培训，将有助于中心实验室建立生物安全质量监控机制，从而实现实验室生物安全培训工作规范化、常态化

Abstract

The central laboratory for science and technology at general hospital explored using PDCA cycle in the biological safety training of educating medical science graduate students

and then analyzed the effect of training.The laboratory applied the PDCA cycle (Plan- Do- Check- Act) into the bio-safety training practice according its self-characteristic. The 4 links of bio-safety practice including the biological safety factors

training plan implementation

training effectiveness evaluation and problems feedback were integrated with 4 processes of PDCA cycle; In view of the problems existing in the laboratory biosafety training

the PDCA cycle model was applied to biosafety training. Though the PDCA cycle

the central laboratory could establish a biological safety quality monitoring mechanism and achieve the systematization

standardization and normalization of biological safety training.
