Objectives: To discuss the content and method of pre-job training for medical further-training students nowadays whether to fit its demand and to give some advice on its reformation. Methods:The standard pre-job training for 2 days was done in 350 autumn medical further-training students

who enrolled by the first affiliated hospital of Chongqing medical university in September

2016. some self-designed satisfaction questionnaires about content and method of pre-job training are distributed to each students after training

then statistical analysis was done.the percentage of satisfaction about content and method of pre-job training was caculated by spss 11.0 software.satisfaction rate >80% is deemed satisfactory

satisfaction rate <80% is not satisfied. Results: 350 questionnaires were distributed in total and 335 questionnaires were taken back in fact.as far as the contents of pre-job training is concerned

the numbers of satisfied with training on medical law and rules and regulations

and training on normal writing about medical file and resource

and training on control method of medical infection

and training on medical information technology were 321

additional training on the development of clinical knowledge and improving clinical expertise are needed in the future.owing to dissatisfaction on most training method

so all kinds of training methods should be applied in the future. Further reform and improvement on contents and methods for pre-job training at present

which will enhance the training quality of medical further-training students.
