摘要

【摘要】目的了解某校附属医院住院医师规范化培训学员在患者安全文化方面的认知现状，分析该校附属医院在住培学员患者安全文化方面的宣传教育效果并提出改进措施。方法 2016年5月-10月期间，选取某校A和B两家附属医院2014-2016级913名住培学员，采用问卷调查的方法对他们的患者安全文化认知现状进行调查，并通过专家访谈提出影响住培学员患者安全文化认知的主要因素。使用SPSS17.0软件行卡方检验，检验水准α=0.05。结果调查住培学员913人，收回有效问卷800人，问卷回收率为87.62%。患者安全制度方面涉及的医院安全目标、安全反馈渠道和不良事件预警机制三个因素，A医院的认知程度（68.96%，62.52%，62.81%）均高于B医院（52.99%、46.16%、47.01%），差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）；A医院在入院岗前培训、科室宣传教育、带教老师鼓励三个层面的宣传度（82.13%、84.48%、78.33%）优于B医院（68.38%、71.8%、62.39%），差异具有统计学意义（P值<0.05）；A医院不同类别的不良事件上报率均高于B医院，差异具有统计学意义（P值<0.05）。结论住培学员患者安全文化宣传教育还需要进一步加强，通过形成良好的医院安全文化氛围，建立标准化的入院教育和培训制度，提高带教老师的带教能力和强化住培学员临床技能训练等方式全面提升住培学员患者安全文化认知水平，减少医疗差错事故发生

Abstract

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cognition status of affiliated hospital resident doctors who accept clinical talent standardization training in patient safety culture

analysis of the propaganda and education effect of the affiliated hospital students in patient safety culture and put forward improvement measures. Methods From May to October 2016

study adopt the method of questionnaire investigation

913 resident doctors who accept clinical talent standardization training in the two affiliated hospitals during 2014-2016

were investigated in cognition status of patient safety culture

and the main factors influencing the clinical talent standardization training in patient safety culture cognition were put forward through experts interview. The software SPSS 17.0 was used for the data analysis to evaluated with a x2 test. (α=0.05).Results The study included 913 resident doctors

and the response rate of the questionnaire was 87.62%(800/913).The patient safety system involves three factors

include the hospital security objectives

security feedback channels

and adverse event warning mechanism.The cognition degree of A hospital (68.96%

strengthening students’clinical skills training and so on.
