摘要

为了提高骨科住院医师规范化培训（简称“住培”）的质量，必须保证和加强住培的纪律管理。在总结多年骨科住培基地的管理经验基础上，分析了骨科住培纪律现状，包括学员的构成及特点，现有管理人员的构成等；探讨了管理对策，如建立电子监管系统及建立新的管理架构等。以期达到促进规范化培训纪律管理的制度化、正规化，为住培基地的纪律管理提供有价值的经验

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of standardized training in department of orthopedics

it is necessary to ensure and strengthen the discipline management of standardized training. According to management experience of the standardized trainees in the department of orthopedics in the past years

this paper analyzes present situation of standardized training in orthopedics department

including the composi-tion and characteristics of the students and the structure of existing management staff and discusses the management measures

such as the establishment of electronic supervision system and the establishment of a new management structure. By doing so

we hope to achieve the institutionalization and normalization of the discipline management of standardized training and provide valuable experience in discipline manage-ment for other bases.
