摘要

科研理念教育在临床检验诊断学硕士研究生培养过程中至关重要，是增强学生综合素质、提高其创新能力的关键。潍坊医学院医学检验学系针对本学科学术型硕士研究生科研成果不多、专业型硕士研究生“重临床、轻科研”以及整体科研意识薄弱等现象；依托实验室平台，通过导师引领、优化培养方案、鼓励研究生积极探索，促进研究生形成科研思维、提升科研能力，有利于研究生养成良好科研素质、树立正确科研理念

Abstract

Postgraduate students of clinical laboratory diagnostics are high level laboratory medicine personnel

scientific research idea education is an important aspect for postgraduate students of clinical laboratory diagnostics. It is the key to strengthen the comprehensive quality and improve the ability of innovation. Aiming at the low scientific research results of the academic postgraduate students in this sub-ject and the phenomenon of heavy clinical

the Department of Medical Laboratory of Weifang Medical University relies on the laboratory platform to promote the graduate students to form scientific research thinking and improve scientific research ability by relying on the guidance of the tutors
