摘要

目的了解呼吸专科护士对临床实践培训的看法和体会，为进一步完善临床实践培训方案提供参考和依据。方法　采用个人深度访谈法，对已毕业的16位专科护士进行访谈，并提炼主题。结果　共得到6个主题：临床实践培训时间不充足；培训内容丰富但欠新颖；期待灵活多样的培训形式；对带教教师资历要求；传统单一的临床能力考核方式；专科知识、技能、科研及教学能力得到提高。结论　为了培养高质量呼吸专科护士，临床实践培训方案需要进一步修改和完善

Abstract

Objective　To know the perception and experience of respiratory specialized nurses on clinical practice training

and provide references and basis for perfecting the scheme of clinical practice training in further. Methods　Personal in-depth interviews were conducted on 16 graduated respiratory specialized nurses and the subjects were refined as well. Results　Six themes were obtained: clinical practice training time was insufficient; training content was rich but lack of novelty; flexible and diverse forms of training were expected; qualifications for the clinical teachers were required; traditional single clinical competency assessment methods

teaching abilities could be improved. Conclusion　In order to cultivate high-quality respiratory specialized nurses

clinical practice training scheme should be further modified and perfected.
